In 2018 d.light established a partnership with telecommunications operator, Orange to bring pay-as-you-go solar technology to the people of Madagascar. This collaboration not only prioritized the education of children in rural areas, ensuring that they are able to do their homework in the evening, but also working professionals who lack readily available energy after dark.
